We’ll help coordinate the installation of your rugs and rug pads through a trusted third-party service provider. Please ensure your rug pads are ready for installation when the service provider arrives.For installations involving more than five (5) rugs, please contact us to discuss details.

The service is only available in select locations within the United States. Please contact us before purchasing to verify availability in your area. If you purchase the service without verification and it’s unavailable, we’ll notify you before shipping your rug and issue a full refund for the service fee.
